Pacific International Space Center for Exploration Systems — PISCES -- a state-funded aerospace center located in Hilo, Hawaii -- is seeking a qualified firm to conduct a comprehensive market feasibility study. The goal of the research is to determine whether a basalt fiber manufacturing facility in the County of Hawaii will benefit the local economy.
