A.     Information and Discussion:  SB2742, SD1 (SSCR2428) Relating to the Hawaii Community Development Authority to Amend the Composition of the HCDA Board to Nine Voting Members for Each Established District.

3.      Decision Making:  Shall the Authority Authorize the Executive Director to Execute a Contract for an Amount Not to Exceed $50,000 a Year for Office Maintenance Services for the HCDA Offices at 461 Cooke Street?

   V.     KALAELOA MATTERS

 

B.     Information:  Kalaeloa Status Report

4.      Decision Making:  Shall the Authority Authorize the Executive Director to Amend the Scope of Work for the Life Safety Improvements Contract for an Amount Not To Exceed $75,000 to Include Projects that Will Enhance Security and Public Safety on HCDA Land Parcels and Expend a Portion of the Unencumbered Life Safety Capital Improvement Project Funding for the Kalaeloa Community Development District?

 

5.      Decision Making:  Shall the Authority Authorize the Executive Director to Extend the Right-of-Entry for the Kalaeloa Heritage Park that Includes Parcel Numbers 13073-B and 13073-D to the Kalaeloa Heritage and Legacy Foundation?

  VI.     KAKAAKO MATTERS

 

6.      Information:  Add Member Kamimura to 690 Pohukaina RFP Evaluation Committee.

7.      Decision Making:  Shall the Authority Authorize the Executive Director to Develop and Issue a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for the Kewalo Keiki Fishing Conservancy, Establish a RFP Evaluation Committee, and Enter into Contract with Highest-Ranked Offeror?

8.      Decision Making:  Shall the Authority Authorize the Executive Director to Expend up to $25,000 of Hawaii Community Development Revolving Funds for the Replacement and Repair of Four Light Poles at the Kakaako Waterfront, and Kewalo Basin Parks?

9.      Decision Making:  Shall the Authority Authorize the Executive Director to Enter Into a Fifty (50) Year Lease Agreement for the Kewalo Basin Harbor?

VII.     ADJOURNMENT

Pursuant to Section 92-3, Hawaii Revised Statutes, and Article IV, Section 10 of HCDA’s Bylaws, the Chairperson may limit public testimony on any agenda item to three minutes.

SUBMIT PUBLIC TESTIMONY ON HCDA’S WEBSITE:  The HCDA welcomes public testimony on HCDA Agenda items.  Public testimony will be accepted through our website at www.hcdaweb.org up to 24 hours after the HCDA meeting.

The HCDA is located at 461 Cooke Street, Honolulu, Hawaii.  There are several public parking lots in the Kakaako Area.  Metered street parking is also available on a first-come first-serve basis.
