The Authority anticipates convening an executive meeting pursuant to HRS § 925 (a)(4) to consult with the board’s attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the board’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities.

The Authority anticipates convening an executive meeting pursuant to HRS § 925 (a)(2) and (4) to consider the hire, evaluation, dismissal, or discipline of an officer or employee or of charges brought against the officer or employee, where consideration of matters affecting privacy will be involved; provided that if the individual concerned requests an open meeting, an open meeting shall be held, and to consult with the board’s attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the board’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities.

The deadline for submitting written testimony is 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 30, 2021. Written testimony will only be accepted for items listed on the meeting agenda. Please check www.dbedt.hawaii.gov/hcda for posted meeting agendas and meeting materials. Written public testimony submitted to the HCDA will be treated as a public record and any contact information contained therein may be available for public inspection and copying.

Live/Verbal Video Testimony
If you would like to provide verbal testimony, please email your request to [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance, with your name, phone number, email address, and the agenda item you would like to testify on. Once your request has been received, you will receive a confirmation email. To join the online Zoom meeting (Meeting ID: 702 569 4770 Passcode: 434019) you will need a computer with internet access, video camera and microphone to participate. If you would like access by phone only, please indicate that in your email request. During the meeting, when the Chairperson calls for public testimony, you may click the “Raise Hand” button to indicate that you would like to provide testimony on that agenda item. When your name is called, please unmute your microphone before speaking, when you have completed your testimony please mute your microphone after you finish speaking.

*Pursuant to Section §92-3, Hawaii Revised Statutes, and Article IV, Section 10 of HCDA’s Bylaws, the Chairperson may limit public testimony on any agenda item to three minutes.
