Kakaako Park Permits
As of November 1, 2019 the City and County of Honolulu assumed ownership of the Kakaako Waterfront Park, Gateway Parks, and Kewalo Basin Park. For permits for those parks, please call the City Department of Parks and Recreation at (808) 768-9292 or email parks@honolulu.gov for permitting assistance.
HCDA will continue to issue permits for the Kolowalu Parks.
Note: There is a 45 day processing time for Kolowalu park permits.
