Submitting Oral Testimony for Virtual Board Meetings
Pursuant to Governor David Y. Ige’s Supplementary Proclamation of December 15, 2020, which continues the modified suspension of Chapter 92 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, through February 14, 2021, the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC) Board Meetings will be held virtually and will NOT be open to the public.
The public is welcome to provide oral testimony on matters directly related to the board agenda at virtual Board Meetings by clicking on the link below. Request forms are to be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to the start of a scheduled meeting. Request forms received after the 48-hour deadline will not be accepted.
Pursuant to Section 92-3, Hawaii Revised Statutes and Section 15-300-18, Hawaii Administrative Rules, oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes at the discretion of the presiding officer and will be accepted only on matters directly related to an item on the board agenda.
