Presentation to the House Investigative Committee

HONOLULU — Agribusiness Development Corporation (“ADC”) Executive Director James J. Nakatani and Senior Executive Assistant Myra Kaichi made presentation and gave testimony before the House Investigative Committee to Investigate Compliance with Audit No. 19-12 and 20-01 regarding the management, oversight, and disposition of public lands held by the ADC on the island of Kauai. Following their testimony, Mr. Nakatani and Ms. Kaichi responded to questions from members of the committee.
