ADC’s Annual Reports are submitted to the legislature through the Hawaii Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism at the start of each legislative session. Prior to 2018, ADC annual reports were included as part of Hawaii Department of Agriculture’s Annual Report which may be accessed here.
