Requirements for Access to State Properties & Facilities

HONOLULU — Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order 21-07, “Access to State Property,” effective September 13, 2021, access to the Agribusiness Development Corporation’s (“ADC”) properties and facilities requires proof of vaccination or proof of a negative test result for COVID-19 within the past seven days before entering. Access will be denied to anyone seeking to enter ADC property and facilities, including contractors, consultants, visitors, etc., for failing to comply with this requirement. Please call your ADC point of contact before seeking to enter a facility.
