Residential Home Sales in Hawaii: Trends and Characteristics

This report summarizes home sale activities in Hawaii from 2008 to 2015. The data source of this report is the home sale data from Title Guaranty, which is based on the recorded conveyances from the Hawaii Bureau of Conveyances. The data includes both resales of existing homes and new developments, and both single family houses and condominiums.
