According to preliminary statistics from DBEDT, total visitor arrivals and total visitor spending in July 2025 declined compared to the same month last year.

DBEDT today announced that the seasonally adjusted unemployment rate for July was 2.7 percent, compared to 2.8 percent in June.
DBEDT has appointed Seth Colby, Ph.D., as its chief state economist. In his new role, Colby serves as the administrator for the DBEDT Research and Economic Analysis Division.
