How to Find Approved Affordable Rentals

Because these units are spread across many different buildings, there is no single “workforce tower” list. Instead, you can find them using these resources:

  • Statewide Inventory List & Map: HHFDC provides a locator map and inventory list that allows you to see affordable projects by region and island and type do you can contact them directly. Many will link to Project-Specific Websites. See the lists on this page (above) or use the aforementioned map to find them.

Important Tips for Applicants

  • Property Management: Most of these towers contract out to private management firms. You will typically apply through those management companies rather than through the state government.
  • Eligibility: Income limits are strictly enforced based on the AMI. Be prepared to provide comprehensive proof of income, tax filings, and residency.
