This 204-unit affordable family rental community is a collaborative development between the State of Hawaiʻi and Sanford Carr Development, LLC.
Built on state-owned land, this project is designed to provide high-quality, attainable housing for local families. The development specifically targets households earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
Project Configuration
The project features a contemporary 19-floor residential tower and a separate parking structure that incorporates townhouse-style units.

Note: Ground-level parking structure includes five 3-bedroom townhouse units (1,412 – 1,511 sq. ft.), and the ground floor of the tower houses the resident manager’s unit.
