Keahumoa Place is a modern affordable rental community located in East Kapolei, providing much-needed housing for families in West Oʻahu.

Completed in 2018, this development is part of the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) strategic efforts to utilize trust lands to provide housing opportunities. The project offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, catering to a range of family sizes while maintaining affordability for local residents.
