Project: Aloha Iā Hālewilikō

Aloha Iā Hālewilikō

After welcoming its first tenants earlier this summer, this all-affordable, senior rental apartment complex continues to accept applications.

Located at the historic site of the former Aiea Sugar Mill, the Aloha Iā Hālewilikō project offers 140 units specifically designed to meet the housing needs of our senior population. The project strategically targets households earning between 30% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Based on U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines, estimated monthly rents are structured to be between $729 and $1,627.
