eHousingPlus Program Trainings

Program Training for User Credentials:
Participating Lenders must complete training through eHousingPlus University to receive user credentials and begin working in the eHP Portal, including reserving funds. Participating lenders can register for the training through this link and select “HI – HHFDC Hale Kamaʻāina Mortgage Program”.

Program Training without User Credentials:
If you are not a Participating Lender and want to learn more about the Program before becoming a participating lender, you may click here to review the webinar. Please note: By viewing the webinar outside of eHousingPlus University, you will not receive user credentials. Participating Lenders must be fully approved and onboarded before taking the training through eHousing University and receiving user credentials.

Fannie Mae HFA Preferred Training

While not required, this training is highly recommended. Lenders can learn the ins and outs of the Fannie Mae HFA Preferred Loan, an exclusive program offered only through HHFDC, because HHFDC is the Housing Finance Agency (HFA) of the State of Hawaii.
