Kai Olino I and II (ʻEleʻele, Kauaʻi)

Applications are currently being accepted for newly built affordable rental apartments in the sprawling Kai Olino project community in the ʻEleʻele section of Kauaʻi that overlooks Hanapēpē Bay at the Port Allen Commercial Pier.

Both segments give priority to households earning 30% to 100% of area median income (AMI) with priority is given to local teachers and essential workers.

Kai Olino I consists of 48 units and Kai Olino II of 27 units, or 75 units combined, that will range in size from two to three bedrooms in size. Kai Olino is a LEED Platinum-certified community designed with sustainability, ensuring efficient resource usage and environmental harmony.
