Affordable Housing Eligibility
Affordable units at Ililani are offered through the HHFDC affordable housing program. To qualify, purchasers must meet the following criteria:
- Income Limits: Households must earn 140% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI).
- Residency: Must be a resident of the State of Hawaiʻi.
- Property Ownership: Must not own a majority interest in any fee simple or leasehold residential property anywhere in the world.
- Occupancy: Must agree to utilize the unit as their primary residence.
