Ililani

The sales gallery is open for the 328-unit tower in the heart of bustling Kakaako. Scheduled to open in 2024, the 42-story Ililani offers both affordable and market-priced units featuring one and two bedrooms.

It’s centrally located at Keawe, Pohukaina and Curtis streets, and is across the street from the planned Civic Center station of the city’s upcoming transit-line that’s scheduled to open within the next few years.

Affordable units are available through HHFDC’s affordable housing program to those households earning 140% or less of area median income (AMI). A purchaser must be a resident of the State of Hawaii, not own a majority interest in a fee simple or leasehold property anywhere in the world and must agree to reside in the unit purchased.

Building amenities include a recreation deck with a splash pool and barbecue areas, a community garden, a multipurpose room for the hosting of parties, meetings and other functions, a workspace and lounge, a bike and surfboard storage area and a car-sharing program reserved exclusively for Ihilani residents.
