A purchaser must be a resident of the State of Hawaii, not own a majority interest in a fee simple or leasehold property anywhere in the world and must agree to reside in the unit purchased.
Building amenities include a recreation deck with a splash pool and barbecue areas, a community garden, a multipurpose room for the hosting of parties, meetings and other functions, a workspace and lounge, a bike and surfboard storage area and a car-sharing program reserved exclusively for Ihilani residents.
