Kanikoʻo Rice Camp II is a dedicated senior community that honors the historic roots of Kauaʻi while providing modern, sustainable living for our kūpuna.

This project is an expansion of the established Kanikoʻo affordable senior community. By adding 30 new units to the existing 60, the project continues the legacy of a site once used to house migrant plantation workers during the height of the sugar industry in the early 1900s.

Eligibility & Capacity

  • Target Demographic: Seniors aged 62 years and older.
  • Income Limits: Households earning no more than 60% of Area Median Income (AMI).
  • Capacity: Expands the community to a total of 90 units.
