Hale Makana O Moʻiliʻili is a significant affordable rental housing community in Honolulu, completed in 2021 to address the city’s urgent need for low-income housing.

Developed through a partnership between the Hawaiian Community Development Board (HCDB) and other key stakeholders, this project provides modern, transit-friendly housing for seniors and low-income residents in a highly desirable neighborhood.
