The Waikoloa Family Affordable rental development provides 110 quality townhome units designed to meet the housing needs of families in West Hawaiʻi.

Located at 68-3911 Makana Kai Drive, the community is managed by Locations LLC and offers residents a blend of modern convenience and energy-efficient living in the scenic Waikoloa area.

Eligibility & Residency

  • Target AMI: Qualifying families earning 30% to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
  • Requirements: Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent resident aliens and must occupy the unit as their primary residence.

Amenities

Unit Features: Air conditioning, solar water heaters, dedicated storage, and energy-efficient appliances.

Common Areas: Swimming pool, community center, golf course access, and one parking stall per unit.
