Kai Olino offers a modern, sustainable living environment in the ʻEleʻele community, specifically designed to serve Kauaʻi’s workforce and essential service providers.
Overlooking Hanapēpē Bay and the Port Allen Commercial Pier, this project is a LEED Platinum-certified community, emphasizing environmental harmony and efficient resource management.
Unit & Eligibility Overview
- Total Inventory: 75 combined units (48 in Phase I; 27 in Phase II).
- Unit Sizes: Two- to three-bedroom floor plans.
- Target AMI: Households earning 30% to 100% of Area Median Income (AMI).
- Priority: Local teachers and essential workers receive priority.

Both phases participate in the following federal programs:
- HUD Housing Choice Voucher (HCV)
- VA Supportive Housing (VASH)
