Project: Huliau Apartments

Huliau Apartments (Kahului, Maui)

Supportive Housing for Maui Families

Huliau Apartments provides a critical pathway to stability for Maui families transitioning out of homelessness through a transformed residential campus in Kahului.

This $5 million project repurposed a formerly vacant University of Hawaiʻi Maui College dormitory complex into a functional residential community. The project represents a targeted effort to address homelessness on Maui by providing not only housing, but also the essential support services required to maintain long-term stability.
