Meheula Vista is a master-planned, affordable rental community in Mililani Mauka specifically designed to allow seniors to “age in place” with dignity and support.

Developed by the nonprofit Catholic Charities Housing Development Corporation (CCHDC) and managed by EAH Housing, the community is thoughtfully organized to promote resident interaction and accessibility.

Community Layout & Amenities

  • Residential Structure: Comprised of four apartment buildings arranged in a “quad” layout.
  • Unit Details: Each of the four buildings houses 75 one-bedroom, one-bath units (for a total of 300 units).
  • Common Spaces: Includes multi-purpose community rooms within each building and a dedicated stand-alone pavilion for outdoor gatherings and events.
  • Accessibility: Centralized parking design provides convenient access to all residential buildings.

Financial Support

The HHFDC facilitated the development of Meheula Vista through key financial programs, including:

  • Hula Mae Multi-Family (HMMF) Tax-Exempt Bond Program
  • Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program
