In accordance with social distancing guidelines and directives contained in the Emergency Proclamation issued by Governor David Ige in response to the current COVID-19 pandemic, this meeting will be held virtually (via videoconference and telephone conference).

The meeting will be accessible to the public via:






1. Shall the Authority Authorize the Interim Executive Director to Amend the Existing Right of Entry Agreement (ROE 16-19) with Royal Contracting Co. Ltd., for the Use of a Portion of Halekauwila and Queen Streets in Kakaako for the Purpose of Utility Relocation, to Extend the Term for an Additional One Year Until July 13, 2021? 


The Authority may elect to convene in executive session pursuant to Sections 92-4 and 92-5 (a), Hawaii Revised Statutes, if any exceptions set forth therein apply. • written public testimony submitted to the HCDA will be treated as a public record and any contact information contained therein may be available for public inspection and copying.

*Pursuant to Section 92-3, Hawaii Revised Statutes, and Article IV, Section 10 of HCDA’s Bylaws, the Chairperson may limit public testimony on any agenda item to three minutes.
