4. Shall the Authority Authorize the Owner of Rycroft Terrace Reserved Housing Unit 426 to Rent Her Unit in Accordance with Hawaii Administrative Rules §15-218?

The Authority anticipates convening an executive meeting pursuant to HRS §92-5(a)(4), to consult with the Board’s attorneys on questions and issues pertaining to the Board’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities and liabilities for the subject agenda item.

5. Shall the Authority Authorize the Executive Director to Execute a Right of Entry Agreement with Sea Engineering Inc. for the Charter Boat Building at Kewalo Basin Harbor for a Four Month Term?

6. Shall the Authority Authorize the Executive Director to Expend Up To $47,000.00from the Hawaii Community Development Authority Operating Funds for a Temporary Secretary?

7. Shall the Authority Approve a Limited Meeting for the Purpose of Inspecting the Kewalo Basin Harbor Improvements from the Water, Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 92-3.1?

8. Shall the Authority Authorize a Transfer of Up To $1,000,000.00 from the HCDA Revolving Fund, Improvement District Subaccount to the Kalaeloa Community Development Revolving Fund, for the Removal of Materials Stockpiled at the Kalaeloa Heritage Park?

Persons wishing to submit public testimony after the written testimony deadline are encouraged to appear in person at the meeting to present oral testimony. Persons who intend to present oral testimony on HCDA agenda items may sign-up at the beginning of each meeting. Please be advised that any written public testimony submitted to the HCDA will be treated as a public record, and any contact information contained therein may be available for public inspection and copying.

The HCDA is located at 547 Queen Street, Honolulu, Hawaii. HCDA does not have public parking; however, there are several parking options in the area. Metered street parking is also available on a first-come first-served basis.
