Pursuant to Section 92-3, Hawaii Revised Statutes, and Article IV, Section 10 of HCDA’s Bylaws, the Chairperson may limit public testimony on any agenda item to three minutes.

Pursuant to Sections 92-4 and 92-5(a), Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Authority may elect to convene in executive session if any of the exceptions in Section 92-5(a), Hawaii Revised Statutes, apply.

Decision Making:  Shall the Authority Issue a Declaratory Order as to the Applicability of a Condition No. 4 of the Decision and Order for a Master Plan Permit (Portion of Paragraph 63 of the Victoria Ward, Limited Master Plan Permit) as Recommended by the Hawaii Community Development Authority Staff Report?
  1. Decision Making:  Shall the Authority Authorize the Executive Director to Enter Into a Fifty (50) Year Lease Agreement with KB Marina L.P. for the Kewalo Basin Harbor in Accordance with the Terms and Conditions Recommended by the Hawaii Community Development Authority Staff Report?
  1. Decision Making:  Shall the Authority Authorize the Executive Director to Expend Up to $350,000 from the Hawaii Community Development Revolving Funds, Leasing and Management Subaccount, to Retain Special Legal Counsel to Provide Real Estate Advice and Documents for the 690 Pohukaina Street Mixed-Use Transit-Oriented Development Project?

 

  1. Decision Making:  Shall the Authority Authorize the Executive Director to Execute the Loan Agreement, Parking Lease, and Any and All Related Documents for the Halekauwila Place Project as Proposed by the Hawaii Community Development Authority Staff in Substantially Final Form?
  1. Decision Making:  Shall the Authority Authorize the Executive Director to Expend Up to $450,000 from the Hawaii Community Development Revolving Funds, Leasing and Management Subaccount, for the Design of Repairs to the Kewalo Basin Harbor Fisherman’s Wharf Deck?
  2. Decision Making:  Shall the Authority Authorize the Executive Director to Extend the Existing Contract with Rolloffs Hawaii, LLC and to Expend Up to $34,770.45 from the Hawaii Community Development Revolving Funds, Leasing and Management Subaccount, for Refuse Collection at the following locations:  Kakaako Waterfront, and Kewalo Basin Parks, Kewalo Basin Harbor and GRG Lot?
  3. Decision Making:  Shall the Authority Authorize the Executive Director to Expend Up to $70,000 from the Hawaii Community Development Revolving Funds, Leasing and Management Subaccount, and Extend the Contract with AECOM Technical Services, Inc. for Professional Services to Assist the Hawaii Community Development Authority in Complying with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination Systems Permit Requirements for the Kakaako Community Development District?
  4. Decision Making:  Shall the Authority Authorize the Executive Director to Execute an Agreement Subordinating Its Shared Equity Encumbrance on the Pacifica Honolulu Condominium Unit #1611 and Consenting to the Owner’s Request to Refinance the Original Mortgage?
  5. Decision Making:   Shall the Authority Authorize the Executive Director to Execute a Contract for Grounds Maintenance Services for Kolowalu Park and to Expend Up to $94,080 from the Hawaii Community Development Revolving Funds, Leasing and Management Subaccount?
