2. Decision Making: Shall the Authority Re-Establish a Request for Proposals Evaluation Committee to Evaluate the Proposals and Recommend a Master Developer for the 690 Pohukaina Mixed-Use Transit-Oriented Development Project?
3. Decision Making: Shall the Authority Authorize the Executive Director to Expend an Additional $50,000 from the Hawaii Community Development Revolving Fund Leasing and Management Subaccount for the Construction of the Reconnection of a Portion of the Department of the Army Joint Trunk System?
4. Decision Making: Shall the Authority Authorize the Executive Director to Execute an Agreement Subordinating its Shared Equity Encumbrance on the Keola Lai Condominium Unit #1008 and Consenting to the Owner’s Request to Refinance the Original Mortgage?
5. Decision Making: Shall the Authority Exercise its Option to Buy-Back the Pacifica Condominium Reserved Housing Unit #2112?
V. ADJOURNMENT
Pursuant to Section 92-3, Hawaii Revised Statutes, and Article IV, Section 10 of HCDA’s Bylaws, the Chairperson may limit public testimony on any agenda item to three minutes.
Pursuant to Sections 92-4 and 92-5(a), Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Authority may elect to convene in executive session if any of the exceptions in Section 92-5(a), Hawaii Revised Statutes, apply.
Individuals who need auxiliary aids for effective communication are invited to contact Stu Glauberman, HCDA’s ADA Compliance Coordinator, by phone at 594-0300, e-mail at [email protected], or by facsimile at 594-0299 at least 5 working days prior to the date required.
