FY 2027 Funding Round for Mixed Income Rental Program
The Hawaiʻi Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC) is pleased to announce the upcoming FY 2027 Funding Round and invites applications for the Mixed Income Rental Program (MIRP).
MIRP supports the creation of new mixed-income rental housing opportunities for Hawaiʻi residents through flexible financing available from the Mixed-Income Subaccount within the Rental Housing Revolving Fund (RHRF).

PLEASE NOTE:
- The MIRP Funding Round is a rolling application process where applicants must submit the required application fee and a Letter of Intent (LOI):
- As an Excel file to: [email protected], and
- Certified Mail
- Once the LOI and application fee has been submitted and processed, access to the Procorem WorkCenter will be available for the development team.
KEY DATES & REQUIREMENTS
- Funding Round Opens – FY 2027 Consolidated Application Release: July 1, 2026
- Submit LOI and Application fee to HHFDC.
- Invitation to online Procorem WorkCenter: Applicant will receive a Procorem email invitation.
- HHFDC will review information submitted and contact the development team for the next steps.
- Applications will be accepted until the closing date: December 31, 2026, unless otherwise modified by HHFDC.
