2. Shall the Authority Adopt Hearing Officer Wayne Nasser’s Recommended Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Decision and Order in the Following Consolidated Contested Case Hearing Matter:

Docket No. ACC-2017-01 in re the Petition of Golden Eagle Marine Charter Services Corp.

3. Shall the Authority Adopt Recommendations of the Task Force to Study Off-Street Parking in the Kakaako Community Development District.

4. Shall the Authority Authorize the Executive Director to Execute a Five Year Right of Entry with the University of Hawaii for the benefit of the University of Hawaii at Manoa John A. Burns School of Medicine and the University of Hawaii Cancer Center for 50 Parking Stalls in the Kakaako Waterfront Park Parking Lot?

Persons wishing to submit public testimony after the written testimony deadline are encouraged to appear in person at the meeting to present oral testimony. Persons who intend to present oral testimony on HCDA agenda items may sign-up at thebeginning of each meeting. Please be advised that any written public testimony submitted to the HCDA will be treated as a public record, and any contact information contained therein may be available for public inspection and copying.

The HCDA is located at 547 Queen Street, Honolulu, Hawaii. HCDA does not have public parking; however, there are several parking options in the area. Metered street parking is also available on a first-come first-served basis.
