Our affordable homeownership program can help. Designed for first-time homebuyers, qualified borrowers may receive competitive fixed rate 30-year mortgage financing with optional down payment assistance.

Current mortgage rates are 4.65% for Government Loans and 4.95% for Conventional Loans. When combined with a down payment assistance loan, a 0.25% rate premium applies to the applicable mortgage rate.
