Renters’ Corner

HHFDC does not typically produce or manage affordable or workforce income rental housing units on its own. But the agency is happy to spread the word about affordable housing units it has helped to produce, particularly those that have recently come onto the market and have multiple vacancies.
Below are some of those projects and links to where you may be able to find more information about them.
HHFDC also maintains an Affordable Housing Inventory that represents an inventory of the State of Hawaiʻi’s affordable housing projects. The list includes affordable housing projects owned by private, non-profit or governmental entities, developed with funding or support from federal, state or county resources. Go here to see the list.
