Streamlined Environmental Processes

• For eligible projects, HHFDC offers a streamlined process that can exempt a project from the need to prepare a full Environmental Assessment (EA).
• If an EA or Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) has already been prepared but is outdated, or if the project parameters have changed, HHFDC can issue a notice stating that no additional environmental review is needed for eligible projects.
