HHFDC Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) Landing Page

 

HHFDC’s Finance Branch is in the process of making revisions for its Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) for 2026 and is seeking the input of housing development stakeholders.

The proposed QAP is to be effective for 2026.

A hybrid public hearing will take place on Wednesday, July 30, 2025,  10:30 a.m. HST at the HFFDC Board Room at 677 Queen Street, Suite 300, and on a Microsoft Teams link (see public hearing notice).

  • Those wishing to comment on the QAP during this meeting may do so in person or remotely. We request that you give prior notice to HHFDC by sending an email — no later than 4:30 pm HST on July 29, 2025, the day before the hearing — to [email protected].
  • Those wishing to provide written testimony on the QAP should send it — no later than 4:30 pm HST on July 29, 2025, the day before the hearing — to [email protected].
