HHFDC Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) Landing Page
HHFDC’s Finance Branch is in the process of making revisions that would take effect in 2026 for its Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP).
A hybrid public hearing was held on July 30, 2025 and written testimony was accepted.
