Besides showing the most recent list, it contains a chronological list of downloadable annual “Awards Lists,” (in PDF format) which provide transparency regarding the allocation of resources—such as Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Hula Mae Multi-Family bonds, and Rental Housing Revolving Fund (RHRF) loans—to developers and non-profit entities for the construction or rehabilitation of affordable rental housing units throughout the state. Located at the bottom of this page, the PDF documents, allow stakeholders to track which projects have received state and federal financing, the target populations served, and the number of affordable units each project is committed to delivering.
